I figured since Mandy Moore was doing well with her cover of this song, I'd post about the original version. Have any of you ever heard it? If you've seen Benny & Joon, it's played during the famous Sam/Joon love scene. I love it. It's such a beautiful song. I was kind of upset to hear that Mandy had covered it, but I guess if it brings the song to a wider audience it's a good thing... but I really love this song. It's soooooo beautiful.
