My dream. A perfect Aaliyah b-day present

About five weeks ago, I posted this dream I had on AO (AaliyahOnline) and since then I have not shaken. In this dream, I posted an idea that would give Aaliyah's legacy the boost that it needs. The idea was that every fan went out to buy four copies of One in a Million on Aaliyah's birthday. Everyone on the message board told this to everyone they knew. The next day as I went to buy my four copies, I saw 50 or more people rush to get their four copies. Excited, I went home to watch 106 and Park. Free was saying, "This is big yall. We just found out that Aaliyah's One in a Million reentered the Billboards charts as the number one album in the country. This is history because if yall remember, this album was released in 1996. Eight years ago! Yall gotta clap for that . . . Rest in Peace to Aaliyah." Then 106&Park played the One in a Million video. The next day, Katie Couric was interviewing Timbaland and Missy about how it was like working with Aaliyah. Missy said something like,"It's crazy. I don't know what to say . . . I know she would be happy to see this . . ." Missy starts to cry and then they cut to the One in a Million video. As I'm singing the song, Aaliyah appears on the couch next to me. She says: "Thank you. Thank you guys. I'm proud of you guys. I love you guys so much. Thank you." Then she disappears and I wake up. I don't know why I had this dream or vision but I know this might be the answer to what will happen to Aaliyah's legacy. It's up to us make Aaliyah's legacy live on and what better way to do this than by making this vision come into fruition. All Aaliyah needs is the support of loyal fans and Aaliyah has millions.

This idea of buying One in a million will not only make history but it could be a great way to show the Haughtons and Aaliyah that her fans still love her. Again as I mentioned earlier this can be the boost that Aaliyah's legacy needs. Now some of you may be asking why One in a Million? I think with One in a Million, you can receive a lot of fan support because many people like that album more than her others. Also, I think it will draw more people to the album because it's full of that hip-hop/R&B thing that is so popular today. I think this vision can really come true. All that needs to happen is for Aaliyah to get enough support and that can happen by spreading the word. Let's make this happen for Aaliyah!
