personally I think it's wrong...if you got pregnant in the first place, I don't think it's meant for you to kill your unborn child. in some cases like rape, i guess the person has an excuse, but other than that I don't agree w/it.

Exacly. I don't agree with killing an unborn baby because you couldn't refuse and keep ur pants over your ass. Its called a condom and birth control, get on both and basically its 100% to work. But more importantly, if u dont want a child, dont have SEX. Simple way to say it. If you're raped, thats a different situation. YOu could be 12, it's not your fault really, try explaining to ur child wen hes 7, "I dont know ur dad cuz i was raped" It's got to be very hard for someone. That's the only way i would agree. Not like 'Oh im 23, but i decided i dont want a child. im getting an abortion;)" seriously people. That says great things about you too.. "Town tramp=gotten one or more abortions" |

Abortion is murder, its the taking of another's life, [the life of an unborn helpless baby], it is not to be used as a method of birth control as some do, bottom line if you are not ready for the responsiblilty of a child you should take preventive measures to keep from becoming pregnant. I agree Re Re it is wrong.....  |

I agree. I don't think people that aren't ready for children should be having unprotected sex. it just doesn't make since. Then they'll say "I didn't mean to get pregnant". I say if you do get pregnant and you're not ready for children give the baby up for adoption. But rape is an exception.

i understand what you are all saying but, wouldn't it be better for a baby not to be born and not have witnessed the world than to be brought up in poverty and be less advantaged than others. I agree that if you don't want a baby then don't have unprotected sex. Also what if you got pregnant then the father of the baby left you, you wouldn't want the baby because you wouldn't be able to look after it properly and give it a good bringing up!

I completely understand what you are saying and that's one of the hardest things about being against abortion because you have to think about the environment the child would grow up in. However, I'm still against abortion. If u have a baby and u feel like u cant take care of it, they have foster homes and stuff.  |

You can give it a chance to live and have a great life. Not making a decision for him/her. I'm totally against it unless ur raped. if you cant handle a kid, put them up for adoption. no doubt great parents are around. |
