A child without a mother A Husband without his lover Her family's been in so much pain Since they died in the rain. Speeding truck, wrong side of the road The glass in the windshield didn't yeild to explode Shattered glass, driving past Wondering who it was Cop cars, ambulance lights Hoping she'd make it that night She fought for her life She wanted her baby to survive After they pronounced her baby dead Thoughts of what could have been filled her head. But she closed her eyes, And passed on, in between cries A broken family, a broken heart This wouldn't have happened if that man was smart Now he has to live with killing two lives Ruining a family..they didn't even have a chance to survive.. He should face court trial, some serious jail time Next time he should think before he commits the next crime. Never rush, on wet roads, at night Because you can take someones life.. ----- In loving memory of Natalie and her unborn baby..
